DR. RUZAIMI MAT RANI graduated with a Doctor of Philosophy (creative Multimedia) from Multimedia University (MMU) and Master Landscape Architecture (MLA) from the Edinburgh College of Art (ECA), Heriot-Watt University, Scotland. Prior to that, he obtained his Bachelor of Architecture from University Teknology Malaysia (UTM). He is also active in handling workshop related to visual communication skills, creativity and innovation in organization.

He is the founder of DRAWZANIA.COM and the project is created to bring awareness to the general public worldwide about drawings. He is also an active writer who has produced over 15 books related to visual communication and sketching process.
